Indications

Pharmacology

The most essential factor in preventing osteoporosis and other bone disorders is proper nutrition. The macronutrients for bone include calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D3. Without Vitamin D3, only a little amount of calcium is absorbed. Magnesium, like calcium, improves bone strength and stiffness. Some micronutrients, such as copper, manganese, zinc, and boron, have been shown to have an essential impact in bone health in recent epidemiological research. Micronutrient deficiency is seen in people with osteoporosis.

Dosage & Administration

2 tablets per day, preferably 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening.

Interaction

It may interact with calcium, aluminum, or magnesium-containing antacids and other calcium supplements, Calcitriol and other Vitamin D3 supplements, Digoxin, Tetracycline, Doxycycline, Minocycline, or Oxytetracycline, as well as Digoxin, Tetracycline, Doxycycline, Minocycline, or Oxytetracycline.

Contraindications

Hypercalcaemia, hyperthyroidism, renal calculi and nephrolithiasis, and Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome are all contraindications.

Side Effects

It is well tolerated by the majority of people. If you have any side effects such as nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, dry mouth, increased thirst, or excessive urination while taking this medication, tell your doctor. Micronutrient side effects are uncommon.

Pregnancy & Lactation

During pregnancy or while breastfeeding, this combination should be taken as advised by your doctor.

Precautions & Warnings

Precautions should be taken if the patient has a history of heart disease or renal illness.
